A Luxe Pitch gift card is a thoughtful way to give someone the freedom to choose their own adventure. Whether it's for a birthday, anniversary, Mother's Day, or just because - it's the gift of a beautifully designed camping experience.

How Gift Cards Work

•        Gift cards are available to purchase directly through our online store

•        They are delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout

•        The recipient can redeem their gift card at theluxepitch.com.au by entering the unique code at checkout

•        Gift cards can be used to purchase any product in our store

•        Multiple gift cards can be used in a single transaction

•        If your order total exceeds your gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method

Validity and Expiry

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, all Luxe Pitch gift cards are valid for a minimum of three years from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be clearly stated on your gift card at the time of issue.

We recommend passing on the gift card terms to the recipient so they are aware of the expiry period and conditions.

Fees

There are no post-purchase fees on Luxe Pitch gift cards. No activation fees. No inactivity fees. No balance inquiry fees. In line with Australian Consumer Law, the value on your gift card will not be reduced after purchase.

Checking Your Balance

You can check your gift card balance at any time by contacting us at hello@theluxepitch.com.au with your gift card code. We will respond promptly with your remaining balance.

Small Remaining Balances

If a small balance remains on your gift card after a purchase, you can continue to use it on future orders. We encourage you to use any remaining balance before the expiry date.

Gift Cards Are Not Cash

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable once purchased, unless required by law. They cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Please treat your gift card like cash. The Luxe Pitch is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift card codes. If you believe your code has been compromised, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Compliance

Luxe Pitch gift cards are issued in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law gift card provisions that came into effect on 1 November 2019, including the minimum three-year expiry period and prohibition on post-purchase fees. This policy is also consistent with Queensland Government guidance on selling gift cards.
