By placing an order on our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before you buy. They are written in plain language because we want our relationship with you to be clear and straightforward.

1. About Us
The Luxe Pitch is a Queensland-based camping tent brand. We design and sell high-performance camping tents and accessories online. All transactions take place through our website and are subject to Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
2. Placing an Order
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation email.
Please ensure your order details - including your delivery address and contact information - are accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
Product images on our website are as accurate as possible. Due to screen display variations, colours may appear slightly different in person. We do our best to represent our products honestly and accurately.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
If a pricing error occurs on our website, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
4. Consumer Guarantees
Your purchase is covered by the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our voluntary return and exchange policy (detailed on our Returns and Exchanges page) is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the ACL.
5. Product Use and Safety
Our tents are designed for recreational outdoor use. Please follow all setup instructions included with your purchase and use the product as intended. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse, modification, or failure to follow provided instructions.
All tent components, including inflation equipment, should be used only as directed. If you have concerns about product safety, please contact us immediately.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on The Luxe Pitch website - including images, copy, logos, brand identity, and product designs - is the property of The Luxe Pitch and protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, except where required by the ACL.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the ACL that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. Gift Cards
Gift card purchases are governed by our Gift Card Terms, which are set out on our Gift Cards page and form part of these Terms of Service.
9. Amendments
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to our website. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
