No. Our tents are performance-built camping tents that you set up yourself, take anywhere, and rely on in real conditions. They are not pre-pitched, resort-style, or decorative. The distinction matters to us: The Luxe Pitch is for people who love camping and also love beautiful design.

Instead of traditional pole frames, our tents use an inflatable air column system. You simply inflate the columns using the included manual pump - no poles to thread, no heavy frames to assemble. One person can set up a Luxe Pitch tent in minutes. It's faster, easier, and just as structurally sound as traditional methods.

Yes. Our tents are made from a premium Polyester fabric with a waterproof rating of over 5000mm, UV50+ resistance, and tear-resistant construction. They are designed to handle all four Australian seasons - rain, wind, and summer sun. That said, we always recommend using common sense in extreme weather events.

Yes - solar-powered LED fairy lights are included as a standard feature with every Luxe Pitch tent. No external power source needed. As the light fades, your campsite comes alive. We believe atmosphere is part of the experience, not an afterthought.

Yes. Our tents feature a modular connection system that allows you to join multiple tents to build a custom layout. Whether you want a separate sleeping space and living area, or a central hub with tents on either side, the configuration is yours to decide.

Yes, for our living room tent. Individual walls and flooring panels can be removed to open up the space or adapt your setup to the conditions. Your tent, your way.

Yes - every tent includes a manual air pump. Electric pump options are also available separately for even faster inflation.

All orders are dispatched from Queensland, Australia.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within three to five business days. Delivery timeframes depend on your location within Australia - generally two to twelve business days from dispatch. Please see our Shipping page for estimated timeframes by state.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to follow your delivery through our carrier's tracking portal.

We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy for unused items in their original packaging, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something isn't right with your order - whether it's faulty, damaged, or simply not what you expected - we will make it right. See our Returns and Exchanges page for full details.

Please photograph the packaging and the product and contact us at hello@theluxepitch.com.au as soon as possible. We will organise a repair, replacement, or refund and cover all return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process refunds within five business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take a further three to seven business days to appear in your account.
