No. Our tents are performance-built camping tents that you set up yourself, take anywhere, and rely on in real conditions. They are not pre-pitched, resort-style, or decorative. The distinction matters to us: The Luxe Pitch is for people who love camping and also love beautiful design.

Instead of traditional pole frames, our tents use an inflatable air column system. You simply inflate the columns using the included manual pump with your Gather or Nook set - no poles to thread, no heavy frames to assemble. One person can set up a Luxe Pitch tent in minutes. It's faster, easier, and just as structurally sound as traditional methods.

Yes. Our tents are made from a heavy duty premium Polyester fabric with a waterproof rating of over 5000mm, UV50+ resistance, and tear-resistant construction. They are designed to handle all four Australian seasons - rain, wind, and summer sun. That said, we always recommend using common sense in extreme weather events.

Yes - solar-powered LED fairy lights are included as a standard feature with every Luxe Pitch tent. No external power source needed. As the light fades, your campsite comes alive. We believe atmosphere is part of the experience, not an afterthought.

Yes. Our tents feature a modular connection system that allows you to join multiple tents to build a custom layout. Whether you want a separate sleeping space and living area, or a central hub with tents on either side, the configuration is yours to decide.

Every Nook includes a Nook Connector to link it to a Gather. To join two Gathers, you'll need a Gather Connector, sold separately.

Yes, for The Gather. Individual walls and flooring panels can be removed to open up the space or adapt your setup to the conditions. Your tent, your way.

A manual air pump is included with every Gather and Nook set. The QuickPump is also available separately for even faster inflation.

Yes. Air naturally contracts and expands with temperature, so a tube that felt firm in the evening can feel a little softer on a cold morning. This isn't a leak - simply top it back up before you head out for the day.

A small amount of air loss over a few days is completely normal, especially overnight, in rainy weather, or after the pressure relief valve has done its job on a hot day. If a column is losing air steadily through the day rather than settling, first check that the valve is closed fully - this is the most common cause of what looks like a leak. If it's still losing air quickly, your included repair kit will fix a small puncture in minutes.

No. Every Luxe Pitch tent includes a pressure relief valve, which automatically releases excess air as the columns heat up during the day, so they never build up to a dangerous pressure. You don't need to do anything or let air out yourself. After a hot day, air pressure expands, so the valve may release some air to protect the tent. Overnight, the columns may soften as they cool, so just make sure to top them up before your next day of camping.

No. If you've had no choice but to pack it away wet, unpack it again as soon as possible and let it dry out fully within a day or two - a damp tent can develop mildew surprisingly quickly, which affects both the look and the waterproofing of the fabric over time.

Clean it off with warm water and a soft brush - skip the soap and detergents, which can affect the waterproof coating.

Store your tent loosely in its bag, in a cool, dry, well-ventilated spot, out of direct sunlight. Avoid compressing it into storage for extended periods, and avoid hot spaces like a car boot or shed roof cavity, as heat speeds up wear on the fabric.

You pay in full at checkout to secure your tent. We'll dispatch it as soon as our stock arrives, and we'll keep you updated by email until it's on its way.

Stock is expected to arrive late October to early November. We'll email you to confirm timing before we dispatch, then send tracking once your order is on its way.

All orders are dispatched from Queensland, Australia.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within three to five business days. Delivery timeframes depend on your location within Australia - generally two to twelve business days from dispatch. Please see our Shipping page for estimated timeframes by state.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to follow your delivery through our carrier's tracking portal.

We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy for unused items in their original packaging, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something isn't right with your order - whether it's faulty, damaged, or simply not what you expected - we will make it right. See our Returns and Exchanges page for full details.

Please photograph the packaging and the product and contact us at hello@theluxepitch.com.au as soon as possible. We will organise a repair, replacement, or refund and cover all return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items.

Every Luxe Pitch tent is covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults. Punctures from normal wear aren't covered, but every tent includes a repair kit for quick fixes.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process refunds within five business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take a further three to seven business days to appear in your account.
