Warranty
Every Luxe Pitch tent comes with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase, covering faults in materials or workmanship. This includes issues with stitching, zips, and air column defects that arise from normal use.
As with any inflatable structure, we can't guarantee against punctures from sharp objects, rough terrain, or general wear and tear. That's why every tent includes a repair kit, so small punctures can be patched in minutes, similar to fixing a bike tyre.
If your air column needs more than a patch, replacement components are available separately.
What's covered
- Manufacturing faults in stitching and seams
- Faulty zips
- Air column defects present from normal use
What's not covered
- Punctures or damage from sharp objects, rough terrain, or misuse
- General wear and tear
- Damage from setup or storage outside the instructions provided

Email hello@theluxepitch.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and a few photos, and we'll take it from there.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
